Christine Stoneman (CMC, RPR), Chief Operating Officer Jonathan Rugge, IT/IM Senior ManagerJonathan is our Senior Manager of IT/IM Services. He has seven years of experience addressing the IT/IM needs of GT Hiring Solutions employment programs. He is responsible for managing the BCEP systems including server, web based case management, and secure data communication systems. Jonathan was a key part of the team that developed our web-enabled case management system. Carolyn Yeager, Regional Manager - Vancouver IslandCarolyn has served as the BCEP Vancouver Island Regional Manager for 2.5 years and previously served as a HardHats Program Manager for five years. She has held management positions in hotels across Canada and has 19 years of marketing and public relations experience. As BCEP Regional Manager she monitors quality standards and performance measures for all sub-contracted services, conducts Case Management system training and training of Service Delivery Partner agencies. Kim Osborne, Regional Manager - Lower MainlandKim serves as the Regional Manager for BCEP in the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley regions of BC overseeing the Immigrant/ESL contract. She has nine years of experience managing GT Hiring Solutions employment programs and currently oversees 13 staff in three offices as well as being responsible for the service delivery partner network across the two regions. Prior to this she served as a Manager in Employment Programs for MOSAIC, and the Director of Operations and Training for Picasso Café (Option Youth Society). Scott Sherwood, Regional Manager - InteriorScott serves as the Regional Manager for BCEP in the Interior region of BC and oversees 24 staff in five offices. As part of his responsibilities, Scott oversees the Interior service delivery partner network and conducts service audits. He previously worked as an administrator/facilitator for HRSD employment programs, plus served for four years as the Regional Manager for the Destinations program which involved overseeing a staff of 20 in six offices. Garth Yoneda, Assistant Regional Manager - Vancouver IslandGarth is the Assistant Regional Manager of BCEP on Vancouver Island and is responsible for administering the HardHats program. He has 25 years of experience working in the not-for-profit social services sector as an Agency Director, Program Manager, Youth & Family Counsellor, and Employment Coordinator. In 2008, Garth received the Employee of the Year Award from the Greater Victoria Chamber of Commerce. Jon Padgett, Assistant Regional Manager - InteriorJon is the Assistant Regional Manager of BCEP in the Interior region of B.C. He is responsible for coordinating the activities of the Interior offices and subcontractors, providing one-on-one coaching sessions related to pre-employment activities, and assisting with services audits. He previously worked as a Project Manager with a youth personal development program. Lindsay McLaughlin, BCEP Service Delivery Manager - Vancouver IslandLindsay is a BCEP Service Delivery Manager for Vancouver Island. As part of her responsibilities she assists people with the case management system and conducts service audits. Prior to BCEP, she worked for two years as a Program Coordinator and Life Skills Workshop facilitator for HardHats, and for six years as an Employment Coordinator for Destinations. Christie Kiers, BCEP Service Delivery Manager - InteriorChristie is a BCEP Service Delivery Manager for the interior. As part of her responsibilities she assists people with the case management system and conducts service audits. Prior to BCEP, she worked for over two years as an Employment Coordinator for Destinations.
