Together with our government, industry and service provider partners, GT Hiring Solutions is currently delivering the following employment programs:

BC Employment Program (BCEP) is a comprehensive employment program that provides employment services and supports designed to meet the needs of most BC Income and Assistance clients who are working towards re-entering the labour force. This program is being delivered on behalf of the BC Ministry of Housing and Social Development via 15 offices on Vancouver Island, in the Interior, and on the Lower Mainland. HardHats is an eight to twelve week program that provides the life and technical skills training needed for participants to be successfully employed as trades helpers and labourers. The program also helps encourage participants to move through into the skilled trades and apprenticeship programs, and then into long-term, meaningful employment in the construction industry. This program is delivered in partnership with training institutions and industry associations on an on-demand basis. www.HardHats.ca
Journeys is a program that offers customized employment and training services for people of Aboriginal descent. It is delivered in partnership with First Nations on an on-demand basis.
