How We Work With Service Providers

While recognizing our internal strengths in the areas of employment programming, we have always realized that we cannot be all things to all our clients.  Therefore, we work extensively in partnership with local community service providers to deliver Employability and Life Skills Services as well as sector specific Skills Training.  We see this as both a strategy to encourage community involvement with our clients and to facilitate our client’s awareness and access to the wealth of services available in the communities in which they live. 

In particular, we look to subcontract with best-practice community-based agencies that provide:

• Skills training (certification training ranging from First Aid and Fork Lift training to computer upgrading)
• Physical and mental healthcare and wellness services
• Addictions services
• Employment and Life Skills counseling
• Multicultural and immigrant liaison services
• Specialty employment services
